Minority/Female/Disability/Veteran What you will have an opportunity to do: We are looking for a highly motivated, customer focused leader to join our team as Fitness Attendant. The successful candidate for this role will have a proven track record in providing exceptional service, is open to learning and responds in a professional and courteous manner to guests and team. This individual will engage with and provide an exemplary service experience for guests while maintaining a clean and well-organized fitness environment. They will work closely with the team to provide a clean and safe fitness environment for guests. They will maintain an energetic presence in the fitness area. If you enjoy engaging with people from all over the world and making meaningful connections, as well as taking steps to “WOW” people, we want you! Your Role: You will enhance the guest experience while in the fitness center You will ensure the equipment is in safe and operating correctly You will greet and engage with guests, setting the example for customer service best practices. You will maintain the cleanliness of the fitness center You will have knowledge of the fitness area and the resort/hotel. You will ensure policies are followed in all point-of-sale operations. Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest Help to resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right You will work closely with the team to ensure the retail store is kept clean and organized Interact with hotel/resort staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information

Requirements

  • Someone who is available to work a flexible schedule to include nights, weekends and holidays
  • Someone with a High school diploma or equivalent
  • Someone with previous experience customer service experience
  • Someone with a strong desire to make an impact on other people
  • Someone with an outgoing and engaging personality
  • Someone with strong Computer skills
  • Someone with excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Someone with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting
