About The Position

We’re looking for an energetic Tennis Attendant to join the team at Round Hill Country Club! Our tennis facility is a vibrant hub where Members come to play, socialize, and enjoy the game. As a Tennis Attendant, you’ll be at the center of the action—welcoming Members, helping run tournaments and events, assisting in the tennis shop, and making sure every player has an amazing experience. If you enjoy hospitality, sports, and working with a great team, this could be the perfect role for you! What You’ll Be Doing Welcome Members and guests and help create a friendly, welcoming tennis environment Manage court reservations and assist Members with daily tennis activities Assist with merchandise sales and keep the tennis shop organized and stocked Answer phones and help coordinate with the tennis staff Take food & beverage orders when needed and help keep service areas clean Support tournaments, events, and match play days Keep courts stocked with towels, water, and amenities for Members Assist Members with the ball machine and general court setup Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional tennis facility What We’re Looking For Friendly, positive personality with great customer service skills Someone who enjoys working with people and being part of a team Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and organizational skills Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office helpful) Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays Experience in hospitality, recreation, tennis, or private clubs is a plus—but a great attitude and willingness to learn matter most! Set up tennis reservations for courts Records all charge tickets. Change displays when instructed. Restock merchandise when supply is low. Empty trash on each court and cleans courts. Keep storage area tidy. Record court reservations and assists in finding cooperative partners for players. Promote and sell tennis shop merchandise. Help in Tennis Service Bar when needed

Requirements

Friendly, positive personality with great customer service skills

Strong communication and organizational skills
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office helpful)
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Customer service or hospitality experience preferred.
Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with club service standards.
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
Basic proficiency with POS systems, phones, and computers.
Strong verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with tennis staff, food & beverage staff, and club management.
Demonstrates reliability, initiative, and attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Experience in hospitality, recreation, tennis, or private clubs is a plus—but a great attitude and willingness to learn matter most!

Responsibilities
