About The Position

This is a pivotal senior role within the Commercial Team, offering the opportunity to shape and drive bid strategy, influence business growth, and develop the next generation of commercial talent through functional leadership, coaching and quality oversight. The role is a cross-business role, responsible for leading and enhancing the company's tendering and commercial governance processes, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality, commercially robust proposals while effectively managing risk and compliance throughout the process. Working at the centre of the business, the Tender Manager is accountable for leading the development and delivery of high-quality, commercially robust and customer-focused tender submissions for both the Subsea Robotics and Offshore Projects Group opportunities, across the Eastern Hemisphere. Beyond the delivery of individual tenders, this role plays a critical part in strengthening commercial capability across the organisation through mentoring, coaching and developing team members, driving continuous improvement, and embedding best practice.
