Rocky View Foundation (RVF) is a not-for-profit affordable housing provider dedicated to improving the quality of life for low and moderate-income individuals and families. Our mission is to develop, manage, and maintain affordable housing solutions that support sustainable communities. The Tenant Support Worker (TSW) is a non-clinical housing stability position responsible for supporting residents and tenants in maintaining successful housing outcomes through connection, coordination, advocacy, navigation, and access to appropriate community and financial resources. Working within RVF’s housing and lodge environments, the TSW assists residents in identifying and addressing barriers that may impact their ability to remain safely and successfully housed. The position focuses on early intervention, service coordination, social connection, and access to community supports that contribute to successful aging in place. The TSW works collaboratively with residents, families, housing staff, lodge staff, healthcare providers, community agencies, and government programs to promote resident well-being and housing stability. This position does not provide healthcare services, housing administration, tenancy enforcement, financial decision-making, or clinical interventions.
