About The Position

The Tenant Services Technician is a contributing team member in providing high-quality, cost-effective installation solutions that increase customer satisfaction, as well as create repeat business and overall profitability. The Technician provides timely response to clients’ requests for day-to-day coordination of small to mid-size furniture moves, space reconfigurations and repair/maintenance of client’s furniture and building amenities.

Proven leadership skills and the ability to take on initiatives with minimal oversight.
Proven ability to improve customer experience and build brand loyalty.
Adept in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment.
Excellent and effective at oral and written communication.
Ability to see the big picture and integrate into day-to-day tasks and activities.
Fluid interpersonal and collaborative skills to interact effectively with a wide range of personnel and departments.
Strong organizational, administrative skills.
Demonstrate commitment to professionalism, integrity and sound judgement in business transactions to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Must have strong work ethics.
Experience in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
Valid driver’s license. Must be able to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Comfortable driving 16’ and 24’ vehicles.
Proven mechanical aptitude and equipment handling
