About The Position

The Temporary Fulfillment Center Operations Associate works on the warehouse floor processing orders by picking and filling boxes or containers, and sending and accepting shipments while keeping the warehouse clean and safe. The role helps prepare items for delivery and supports multiple warehouse clients, so daily work may vary and involve learning different logistics solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in conditions that may be cold or hot depending on the season and can work safely and quickly while standing for extended periods.

Requirements

• Warehouse or distribution experience is required.
• Be detail-oriented, reliable, organized, forward-thinking, proactive, and approachable.
• Be comfortable learning new software and providing feedback on tools used.
• Have basic math skills and computer proficiency.
• Be able to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Have a working cell phone and be willing to download an app used for picking and packing.
• Maintain punctual and dependable attendance.
• Be able to work with a diverse team.
• Follow safety rules and exercise caution in work-related activities.
• Be able to work safely and quickly while standing for long periods and in conditions that may be cold or hot.

Nice To Haves

• Start-up experience is a plus.
• A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receive products and support quality assurance and inventory management.
• Accurately and efficiently pick and pack customer orders using an internal warehouse application.
• Partner with the Inventory Specialist to prepare deliveries for shipment.
• Send and accept shipments.
• Keep the warehouse clean and safe.
• Inspect products for quality control.
• Follow safety policies and procedures and complete required safety training and assessments.
• Perform additional responsibilities as required.
