  • Clear, confident, and polite communication style (hand signals and verbal directions).
  • Comfortable working in a garage environment that is subject to seasonal outdoor weather conditions.
  • Punctuality and dependable attendance are absolute musts.
  • Customer Service Skills: Friendly, professional, and able to handle guest concerns effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and courteous when interacting with guests and team members.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, kneel, or climb if needed.

  • Team Player: Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional Appearance: Must be neatly groomed and presentable.
  • Reliability: Punctuality and a stable work history are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently direct incoming and outgoing vehicular traffic through the garage during renovation phases.
  • Assist drivers in navigating temporary detours, closed sections, and finding available parking spaces.
  • Monitor the garage area to ensure pedestrians and drivers are maintaining safety protocols around construction zones.
  • Greet drivers with a friendly attitude, answer quick questions, and provide a welcoming environment despite the construction hustle.
  • Work closely with the Site Supervisor and renovation crews to adjust traffic patterns as needed throughout the day.

Benefits

  • Consistent daytime hours, Monday through Friday.
  • Competitive Pay: A reliable $17.50/hour.
  • Active Work: Skip the desk job—get your steps in and stay moving in an active, engaging role.
  • Supportive Team: Work under direct, helpful leadership with clear daily goals.
