Temporary Summer Laborer
About The Position
Performs a variety of manual labor tasks and will occasionally operate light equipment such as a steel drum roller. This seasonal, non-benefited position is needed from May 11, 2026 to August 27, 2026, but start and end dates can be flexible. Under general supervision, performs a variety of manual labor tasks in support of Road and Bridge operations. Primary duties include using hand tools such as shovels, assisting equipment operators with daily tasks, cleaning and maintaining cattle guards, and operating tools such as steel rollers. Work may also involve general roadway maintenance, site cleanup, and other duties as assigned. Employees must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
