They are seeking an energetic, organized, and compassionate Temporary Staffing Coordinator to join their team. Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- Experience in healthcare, home care, long-term care, or related settings
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- A “can-do” attitude and genuine desire to help others
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with dementia care, including Alzheimer’s (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Lead caregiver recruitment, interviews, and onboarding
- Keep HR files accurate and organized
- Support scheduling to ensure every client is covered
- Upload and manage documents in client and caregiver profiles
- Communicate with caregivers and troubleshoot staffing issues
