About The Position

Assist the overall Accounting and Finance functions including accounting monthly close process, financial reporting, accounts payable process and special projects.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree
  • Minimum 3.0 Cumulative GPA
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Detail orientated with strong organization skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day accounting operations
  • Enter, verify, and maintain accurate financial data in the accounting system
  • Assist with invoice processing, expense reports, and vendor documentation
  • Perform basic account reconciliations under supervision (bank, credit card, or general ledger accounts)
  • Support the monthly and quarterly close process by preparing schedules, schedules, and supporting documentation.
  • Help to prepare monthly/quarter presentation materials for internal and external audiences.
  • Interact with and help support other departments when necessary, including Tax, Treasury and FP&A.
