About The Position

Works under immediate supervision to provide clerical and/or typing support in performance of variety of office duties which may be simple to moderately complex in nature. The candidate will be involved in the consenting process for patients coming to CUH with a concern for an acute ischemic stroke. Will obtain verbal and written consent from the patients or family members for the collection of a blood sample. They will also be involved in maintaining a registry of patients. Various administrative and clerical assignments filled on an as needed basis.

Requirements

• Security-sensitive position and subject to Texas Education Code 51.215, which authorizes UT Southwestern to obtain criminal history record information.
