About The Position
This position is for a Temporary Retail Associate at the official IRONMAN merchandise store during the IRONMAN Wisconsin event. The role involves assisting customers, athletes, family, and fans in a fast-paced retail environment. The associate will help with store setup and breakdown, stocking, customer service, maintaining visual presentation, and processing transactions.
Requirements
- Outgoing and friendly
- Hard working with the ability to take direction from management
- Employees will be expected to bend and reach, lift heavy boxes, and withstand being on their feet all day.
Nice To Haves
- 1-2 years retail experience is preferred
Responsibilities
- Work at the official IRONMAN merchandise store assisting customers, athletes, family, and fans in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Assisting in the execution of store setup and breakdown.
- Stocking the sales floor and general store maintenance.
- Greeting customers and assisting them with their various needs and questions.
- Maintaining visual presentation of the store by sizing, folding and completing other tasks.
- Assisting customers in swim, bike, run sections.
- Processing monetary transactions at the register.
