About The Position

Our Recruiting & Retention Department has an exciting opportunity for a Temporary Recruiting Coordinator to join our team in Los Angeles, CA or Denver, CO, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent role based on business needs and performance. In this role, you will provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the firm's California office's, helping ensure recruiting operations run smoothly and efficiently. This position will work closely with and support the Firm’s Senior Manager of Attorney Recruiting, as well as the broader recruiting team, by supporting interview coordination, maintaining accurate records in the applicant tracking system, and assisting with ongoing recruiting activities and projects.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience
  • Associates or bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or community college
  • Must possess experience in a high-volume work environment
  • The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively prioritize tasks
  • Advanced experience with all Microsoft applications, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Some experience in HR is preferred, but not required
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is preferred
  • Applicant tracking system (ATS) experience, such as iCIMS or VIRecruit, is a plus
  • Law firm experience is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative coordination support for interview scheduling with candidates, attorneys, and hiring managers, including gathering availability, scheduling meetings, sending confirmations, tracking responses, and following up as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and organized candidate and recruiting records within the applicant tracking system, including data entry, updates, and status changes.
  • Support the coordination of check-in calls with current attorneys, including scheduling, tracking participation, and maintaining related records.
  • Respond to and route candidate inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the preparation and updating of reports, trackers, and ad hoc data requests related to recruiting activity and daily operational needs as assigned.
  • Respond to a broad range of recruitment inquiries including but not limited to internal inquiries.
  • Assist with a range of administrative and strategic initiatives as assigned.
