About The Position

Rand Technology is seeking an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to join our growing Talent Acquisition team for 6 months with the possibility of extension. This role will be instrumental in supporting our strategic recruitment initiatives and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. As a key member of our TA team, you'll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle while helping us optimize our processes and leverage our Paylocity ATS platform.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of recruiting coordination or HR coordination experience, preferably in a corporate or agency environment
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Paylocity experience highly preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume scheduling with exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite, calendar management tools, and video conferencing platforms
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional, customer-service oriented approach with candidates and hiring teams
  • Proactive problem-solver who can anticipate needs and resolve issues independently
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Adaptable team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end interview scheduling for multiple requisitions, coordinating across time zones and balancing competing priorities
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring timely communication and a positive experience
  • Coordinate all logistics for virtual and in-person interviews, including travel arrangements when needed
  • Prepare and distribute interview materials, scorecards, and candidate profiles to hiring teams
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in Paylocity ATS
  • Support automation initiatives and workflow optimization within our recruiting technology stack
  • Generate reports and analytics to track key recruiting metrics and team performance
  • Ensure compliance with all hiring processes, documentation requirements, and regulatory standards
  • Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional candidate communication at every touchpoint
  • Coordinate pre-employment processes including background checks, reference checks, and offer letter preparation
  • Support text-to-apply and other innovative candidate engagement strategies
  • Respond promptly to candidate inquiries and provide status updates throughout the hiring process
  • Partner with recruiters to prioritize scheduling needs and manage competing demands
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure smooth interview experiences
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for operational efficiency
  • Support special projects and recruiting events as needed
