About The Position

World Renew is seeking a Temporary Recruiter to support a surge in seasonal and time sensitive recruitment needs across the organization. This role will provide immediate capacity for full-cycle recruitment and interview scheduling, supporting sensitive recruitment needs across the organization. The Temporary Recruiter will work alongside Generalists, Coordinators, and Hiring Managers to ensure a timely, consistent, and mission aligned hiring experience for candidates and aligned hiring experience for candidates and staff globally.

  • Ability to work effectively across global time zones.
  • High degree of discretion and professionalism in handling personnel information.
  • At least a high school diploma or some associate-level coursework.
  • Fluency in English with the ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and persuasively in both verbal and written formats.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and overall business writing conventions.

Nice To Haves

  • At least 2- 3 years of experience in recruitment within nonprofit, humanitarian, or multistakeholder organizations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned requisitions from intake through pre-offer stage.
  • Support hiring managers by developing and/or refining job postings using WR templates.
  • Conduct sourcing, posting, screening, and advancing candidates in Breezy HR.
  • Prepare interview tools, knockout questions, and related materials in consultation with HR Generalists and/or Global HR Coordinator.
  • Ensure recruitment processes follow HR policies, internal equity practices, and safeguarding protocols.
  • Maintain compliance with recruitment best practices and confidentiality standards across regions.
  • Coordinate all interview logistics, including briefing meetings, panel communications, and pre-interview preparation.
  • Support hiring managers with ATS navigation, tracking, and documentation.
  • Ensure timely candidate communication using approved message templates.
  • Track recruitment timelines, deadlines, and process milestones for reporting.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and support required audit readiness.
  • Schedule interviews across multiple time zones, coordinating panel and candidate availability.
  • Generate Breezy HR interview links, set up MS Teams meetings, and secure room bookings where applicable.
  • Ensure all interviews, including multi-panel and multi-stage are accurately reflected in the ATS.
  • Monitor scheduling conflicts and follow escalation paths when needed.
  • Track completion of post-interview scoring sheets and ensure feedback is returned within established timelines.
