We are seeking a Recruiter for a six-month temporary assignment to support our Recruiting team, with potential for conversion to a permanent role. This role provides critical support to our Recruiting team in a high-volume recruiting environment. This is a hybrid position in office 2 days a week, position and reports to our Gilbert, AZ headquarters. Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in high-volume environments.
- Quick learner with organizational and communication skills.
- Experience using ATS and other recruiting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative and adaptable, with a focus on delivering results.

Responsibilities
- Support full-cycle recruiting for high-volume field roles across multiple branches.
- Support peak-season hiring goals while delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Source qualified candidates through job boards and professional networking channels.
- Conduct structured phone screens and interviews to assess skills, experience, and fit.
- Maintain accurate ATS updates, dispositions, and candidate communication.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and partner with hiring managers to move candidates through the process.
