Reports to: Program Manager Status: Non-Exempt, Full Time Duration: Temporary position ending September 30,2026 Overview The Quality Assurance Specialist is responsible for supporting the implementation of quality assurance activities across Boston programs, including Community Services, Employment Services, and other contracted program areas. This position assists in file reviews, monitoring preparation, data tracking, and documentation compliance in alignment with the Program Monitoring and Quality Assurance Procedure under the supervision of the Program Manager.
