The Temporary Office Worker provides short‑term administrative and clerical support to assigned departments. This role assists with day‑to‑day office operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with company policies. The position is temporary in nature and intended to support workload fluctuations, projects, or employee absences.

Requirements

  • Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace or similar tools).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and prioritize tasks.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Prior administrative or office support experience.
  • Experience with data entry or document control.
  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, phones).

Responsibilities

  • Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, copying, scanning, and document management.
  • Answer phones, respond to emails, and route inquiries to appropriate personnel.
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and assist with basic correspondence.
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as required.
  • Assist with preparation of reports, spreadsheets, presentations, and other documents.
  • Support ordering and organization of office supplies.
  • Greet visitors and provide basic assistance as needed.
  • Support special projects and miscellaneous administrative tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and department staff.
  • Communicate task status, issues, or questions to the assigned supervisor.
  • Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling company information.
