Perform electrical work, which involves installation, modification, and repair of new and existing electrical components, systems, and other electrical work, which is subject to uniform electrical code. The position involves maintaining and repairing electrical systems in all District facilities, including wiring, fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment, as well as checking and maintaining fire alarms. The job also includes estimating material, repair, and labor costs for projects, ensuring all work complies with the National Electrical Code, and adhering to District policies and regulations. The employee will also perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
