Requirements

  • Prior administrative or HR experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
  • Comfortable working across multiple systems and platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with HRIS or benefits administration platforms
  • Exposure to compliance, auditing, or documentation processes
  • Experience in employee-facing administrative roles

Responsibilities

  • Providing onboarding and new hire administrative support
  • Assisting with substance abuse program administration and tracking
  • Managing and processing employee vacation requests
  • Supporting benefits administration, including new hire enrollments
  • Assisting with invoice reconciliation and billing reviews
  • Supporting HR compliance audits and documentation processes
  • Responding to routine employee and manager inquiries
  • Maintaining accurate and organized HR records
