You have a passion for supporting dynamic campaign work—especially in the Sport category—and take pride in managing physical spaces and tracking high-value seasonal samples with care and accuracy. Your strong communication and collaboration skills ensure seamless sample flow across teams, keeping operations smooth, timely, and aligned with content needs. A Day in the Life: As the Sample Assistant at 11W, your day is a balance of hands-on execution, cross-functional coordination, and strategic oversight—especially US and Milan Markets. You lead with precision, product knowledge, and a sharp eye for detail to keep sample operations running smoothly across all touchpoints. Manage Daily 11W Closet Operations (in tandem with closet counterpart) Receive, tag, and check in all samples into Tory Track promptly to ensure easy access for all departments Maintain a meticulous closet environment, ensuring daily access, organization, and tracking through Tory Track. Manage daily pulls for the shuttle to archive and 499, as well as pulls requested from our basement sample storage Seasonally switch product between closet, basement storage, and archive to ensure only current seasons are on-site and available for company use Market Support Receive, tag, and scan SMS samples across-categories at the start of each market, meeting deadlines for pass off and ensuring accurate tracking across Tory Track Prep samples for Milan market, scan and pack all samples ensuring compliance with international shipping protocols and invoicing requirements Pre-print shoe SMS tags for factories to streamline receipt ahead of market Ad Hoc Project Support Collaborate with the Archive team to prepare samples for preservation at the close of each season Support studio with product at 11W where Web samples are otherwise unavailable, assist in getting these samples approved for photography Contribute to Team-Wide Initiatives: Jump into broader sample needs across runway, style outs, and seasonal lifecycle management to ensure team alignment and continuity Every day, you act as a connector between teams, systems, and physical product—making sure that samples are where they need to be, when they need to be there, and in perfect condition

Requirements

• College degree or equivalent experience
• Strong organizational skills with a keen sense of urgency
• Excellent communication and ability to build relationships across teams
• Tech-savvy, comfortable with Microsoft Office, Airtable, Tory Track, or similar systems
• Passion for supporting Sport campaigns and studio operations

• You excel at managing physical samples in fast-paced environments and understand the importance of timing and accuracy in supporting e-commerce imagery production.
