About The Position
TJ MAXX Distribution Center is seeking a Temporary General Warehouse Associate. This role involves various tasks within the distribution center, and associates may be assigned to different departments as needed. Requirements
- Ability to count, select, and sort objects.
- Ability to match receipts against purchase orders.
- Ability to ticket merchandise.
- Ability to pack or unpack merchandise.
- Ability to seal boxes.
- Ability to perform manual material handling of objects up to 10 lbs. constantly, up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally.
Responsibilities
- Count, select and sort objects such as totes, boxes, merchandise, or other items as assigned.
- Match receipts against purchase orders.
- Ticket merchandise or other items with gum labels, ticketing gun, or pin tickets.
- Pack or unpack merchandise.
- Seal boxes for shipping when packing is completed.
- Manual material handling of objects such as totes, boxes, garments or other items up to 10 lbs. constantly, up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally
