Your Role on the Team Job duties include, but are not limtied to: Serve as a liaison for faculty across university, health system, clinical, and professional organizations; coordinate calendars, meetings, travel, and professional activities. Prepare and update faculty materials including CVs, bibliographies, correspondence, reports, and meeting documentation. Provide general administrative support by preparing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations as directed. Coordinate and track departmental events such as interviews, symposiums, conferences, and special functions.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated ability to exercise independent judgment, tact, and diplomacy in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a changing environment.
  • Proficiency with standard office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and online applications).
  • Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.
  • Must be able to provide proof of work authorization

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting faculty or leadership in an academic, healthcare, or clinical setting.
  • Familiarity with coordinating complex schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Experience maintaining records, files, and departmental documentation.
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
