The Temporary Facilities Coordinator will split their time working at the Samueli Academy and other Orangewood Foundation facilities, completing various maintenance-related tasks overseen by the Facilities Manager. This role is responsible for managing the completion of day-to-day work orders and projects at multiple sites, completing the campus preventative maintenance plan, and communicating necessary repairs effectively. The coordinator will also monitor supplies and spare parts inventory, coordinate orders, and help ensure maximum productivity and efficiency associated with maintenance. Additional duties may be assigned by the direct supervisor.
