Duties & Responsibilities Assists the department with Voter Registration Forms and mail-in ballots. Answers telephone calls and responds to inquiries and/or directs to proper person. Processes incoming and outgoing mail. Participates in activities and duties related to emergency management during a local state of disaster as directed by appropriate county managers. Qualifications High School Diploma/GED. Good computer and typing skills. Good verbal and written communication skills. Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with the public, other employees, and elected officials. Bilingual preferred, but not required. SALARY: $12.00 per hour, Assignment days and hours will vary. DURATION: TBD CLOSING DATE: Upon filling 6 positions All full-time and part-time employees are members of the Texas County District Retirement System (TCDRS). Requirements
