About The Position

This role administers associate data, position data, benefits data, and/or the contingent staffing life cycle, including recruitment, on-boarding, data updates, and termination. The specialist will problem-solve and complete a variety of associate life cycle data management transactions. They will adhere to all service level agreements (SLAs) established by HR Shared Services and appropriately document case details in the case management system. Participation in data review, auditing, and user acceptance testing of new processes, procedures, and system changes is also required, as needed.

Requirements

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
