About The Position
The Statler Hotel is seeking individuals interested in joining their bell team during the academic year. As a member of this team, you will serve as the initial point of contact for guests, providing a warm greeting, assisting with luggage, offering valet services, arranging transportation to and from the Ithaca Tompkins airport, and sharing information about local attractions and directions. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless, memorable, and delightful guest experience.
Requirements
- Possession of valid U.S. driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Ability to drive manual transmission.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival.
- Valet Park guest cars.
- Provide luggage assistance.
- Pick-up/Drop-off guests at the Ithaca Airport.
- Assist guests with direction and other requests.
- Setup, fill, and breakdown lobby beverages and apples.
- Ensure outdoor porte cochere area and lobby are free of debris and look presentable.
