We are seeking a temporary Administrative Support team member to assist the Prepaint team during a maternity leave absence. This role will provide day-to-day operational and administrative support, ensuring continuity of essential functions, particularly during the transition to D365. The position is fully onsite and will support a variety of clerical, coordination, and office management tasks. Requirements

  • Prior administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage routine tasks with minimal oversight
  • Comfortable working in an onsite, team-based environment
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Order and maintain office supplies
  • Manage outgoing postage and UPS shipments
  • Coordinate distribution of company credit cards as directed
  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the main office line
  • Receive and coordinate materials sent to outside processors
  • Support OFP-related administrative functions
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to support team operations and system transition (D365)
