About The Position

This is a temporary, hands‑on office role that’s perfect for someone looking to transition from hospitality or healthcare into a professional office environment. As part of our Operations team, you’ll help keep the office running smoothly by supporting daily administrative tasks, greeting visitors, organizing files, and assisting staff as needed. Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Reliable, punctual, and ready to learn
  • Friendly and professional—comfortable talking with people in person and by phone
  • Organized and able to handle multiple small tasks throughout the day
  • Able to follow instructions and ask questions when unsure
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems (email, data entry, documents)
  • Customer service experience counts (retail, fast food, mall jobs highly valued)
  • Prior office experience using MS Office (Excel and Word), that experience and knowledge with formatting data in Excel a plus
