Job duties include, but are not limited to: Coordinate and support academic, recruitment, and outreach events, including scheduling, logistics, room reservations, materials preparation, and day-of event assistance. Provide project coordination for academic program recruitment, including contacting prospective and accepted doctoral program applicants and maintaining engagement. Support administrative and event-related scheduling for the Dean’s Office and Simulation Center, including meetings, trainings, and special events. Assist with communications and digital accessibility initiatives by coordinating with campus partners to ensure event and web materials meet accessibility requirements.

  • Ability to problem-solve, analyze information, and manage multiple priorities
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams
  • Ability to read, write, and follow written and oral instructions in English.

Nice To Haves

  • 1–3 years of experience working in an office or administrative setting.
  • Experience working in a university or academic environment.
  • Familiarity with project coordination or applicant/recruitment support.
  • Comfort learning new systems and tools (training provided, including HubSpot and communication platforms).
