About The Position

This is a full-time, permanent Temperature Control Technician position based in Cedar Springs and surrounding counties, including the Grand Rapids and Kalamazoo areas. The role involves having an understanding of systems installation for various temperature control components such as BMS/BAS, hot/chilled water systems, VAVs, fan coils, RTU/AHU controls, temp sensors, heat pumps, ERVs, and control modules, along with a good understanding of relay logic and BacNet cabling. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Requirements

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in HVAC Temp Controls Installation
• Ability to work well with others and coach and mentor subordinates
• Reading Control, Architectural & Mechanical drawings & Specifications
• Ability to commute to south GR And Kalamazoo area
• Valid Driver's license and reliable vehicle
• Ability to pass background check
• Ability to pass drug screen
