We achieve our purpose by embodying our core values: We Are Believers We Communicate Authentically with Care We Stay The Course We Drive Performance Redstone Residential is seeking dependable and detail-oriented temporary team members to assist with white glove inspections and move-in readiness checks during the Spring Break turnover period. This role focuses on ensuring apartments meet cleanliness and readiness standards after residents complete their white glove cleaning and after professional cleaners finish preparing units for new move-ins. Team members will inspect apartments across the Rexburg Housing portfolio, document any deficiencies, and communicate findings so issues can be corrected before resident arrivals. This is a temporary position running from April 6 through April 17, and employment will end on April 17 at the conclusion of the turnover period. This role is intended only to support the Spring Break inspection process and is not a permanent position. Employees are expected to work approximately 40 hours per week during each of the two weeks. Work will take place between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, based on scheduling needs. Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify cleanliness or maintenance issues
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to follow inspection standards and complete tasks efficiently
  • Comfortable walking multiple properties and inspecting numerous apartments in a shift
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized while completing inspections
  • Ability to perform light physical activity including walking, bending, and standing for extended periods
  • Prior experience in cleaning, inspections, maintenance, or property management is helpful but not required
  • Willingness to follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

Responsibilities

  • Conduct white glove inspections of student apartments to verify cleaning standards have been met
  • Perform post-cleaner inspection checks to confirm units are ready for incoming residents
  • Identify and document cleaning or maintenance issues that require correction
  • Communicate inspection results clearly with supervisors and property staff
  • Ensure apartments meet Redstone Residential cleanliness and move-in readiness standards
  • Assist with light cleaning touch-ups if needed to prepare units for move-in
  • Maintain accurate inspection records and notes for each apartment checked
  • Follow all safety protocols and company procedures while working on-site
  • Work efficiently to help ensure all apartments are ready for scheduled move-ins
  • Maintain a professional attitude while interacting with staff and residents
