About The Position
The Receiving Associate is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, and processing incoming shipments in a fast-paced fulfillment warehouse environment. This role ensures inventory accuracy, proper documentation, and compliance with company standards and safety regulations.

Responsibilities
- Inspect products for damage, discrepancies, and quality issues.
- Verify shipment contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
- Accurately enter received quantities into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Label and properly store inventory in designated warehouse locations.
- Coordinate with Inventory Control and Purchasing teams regarding discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
