About The Position
We are looking for a reliable Dishwasher to join our culinary team. You will keep kitchen operations running smoothly by ensuring all dishes, cookware, and equipment are clean and sanitary. This role is vital to keeping our restaurant running safely and efficiently. You will work closely with kitchen staff to maintain a clean environment and keep service moving.
Requirements
- Ability to work 9am-4pm or 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM shifts across 5 days a week
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly

Responsibilities
- Operate commercial dishwashing machines and hand-wash items as needed
- Clean and sanitize all kitchenware, glassware, and utensils
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, including floors, walls, and sinks
- Assist with trash removal and recycling procedures
- Restock clean items in appropriate storage areas
- Support kitchen staff with basic prep tasks when required
- Follow all health and safety regulations and standards
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisor
