Provides individualized client service while handling daily transactions, addressing inquiries, and problem resolution, in accordance with Bank policies and procedures. This role involves processing financial transactions accurately, identifying client needs, promoting products and services, and building client loyalty. The Teller is expected to deliver exceptional customer service, follow established Bank policies, and participate in retail sales programs to meet goals. Additionally, they will balance their cash drawer, assist with banking center operations, and complete all required compliance training.
