About The Position

Nevada State Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., is seeking a 40-hour Travelling Teller (Client Service Associate) Service Staff. This role involves traveling to various branches within a specified region surrounding a hub branch, which for this position is the Lake Mead / Nellis Branch in Las Vegas, NV. Requirements

Some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.
Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
Solid balancing and customer service skills.
Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients' needs.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule within the hours of Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities

Accurately processing debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
Identifying and addressing clients' needs by providing a variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activation ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.
Resolving clients' problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
Identifying and maximizing cross-sell bank opportunities through exploring needs.
Performing other duties as assigned.
