The Teller position at the Shelby Office is responsible for serving customers, prospective customers, and bank associates promptly and professionally. This role involves completing transaction processing accurately and efficiently, projecting a professional bank image through courteous interactions, and referring customers to subject matter experts for loans and deposits. The Teller will also utilize product knowledge to assist customers and suggest relevant products and services, while protecting bank assets by adhering to all security and regulatory policies. Additionally, the role includes participating in in-branch communication and promotion activities, recommending workflow improvements, and maintaining awareness of compliance and risk management concepts. A consistent, high level of service is expected within the Serving More standards.
