The Teller position serves customers, prospective customers, and bank associates promptly and professionally, adhering to Park Promises and Serving More standards. This role involves timely and accurate transaction processing, projecting a professional image through knowledgeable interactions, and referring customers to subject matter experts for loans and deposits. Tellers are expected to complete ongoing training in product knowledge, digital services, financial services, and sales to maintain a broad understanding of the bank's offerings. They will utilize this knowledge to assist customers and suggest suitable products and services. Protecting bank assets through adherence to security, information security, and regulatory policies is crucial. The role also includes participating in in-branch communication and promotion activities, communicating workflow and service improvement recommendations, and maintaining awareness of compliance and risk management concepts. Delivering a consistent, high level of service within Serving More standards and performing other assigned duties are also key aspects of this position.
