Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2 years of similar or related experience
- High school education or GED
- Excellent communication & people skills
- Thrive on building relationships
- Experience working with cash
- Front-line customer service experience

Responsibilities
- Build customer relationships
- Receive and process customer financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and merchandise sales
- Assist members with opening and closing accounts
- Perform a variety of miscellaneous tasks including processing reports, filing, computer input, and answering the telephone
- Balance cash drawer and daily transactions
- Maintain the security of all cash, tickets, and negotiables
- Attend business development events
