About The Position
As a Teller, you will welcome and greet our members in a professional, courteous manner. On a daily basis, Tellers process member transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments; balance cash, merchandise, and transactions; and answer member inquiries according to current Worth CU policies. Our positions are demanding but provide an excellent opportunity to learn the financial industry.
Requirements
- Strong customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Heavy cash handling experience required
- Proficiency with basic office functions: IT skills (maneuvering around Windows and browser-based applications), email, and 10-key calculator.
Nice To Haves
- Previous teller experience preferred but not necessary.
