As a Teller Full Time, you will provide exceptional customer service, accurately perform high volume customer banking transactions, educate customers on innovative technology and develop banking product referral opportunities through strong customer relationship skills. This position, within PNC's Retail Branch Banking Network, is based in Kerrville Texas at the Kerrville branch. PNC is an in-office company that fosters a collaborative and supportive culture where employees can thrive. The role involves delivering a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty while increasing share of wallet. It requires processing a variety of customer interactions, educating customers on financial alternatives and technology, identifying banking opportunities, and making appropriate referrals to branch staff. The Teller will also perform lobby engagement activities, apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems, and adhere to all policies and procedures, ensuring efficient and accurate daily operations and maintenance transactions.
