About The Position

This is a part-time Teller position requiring 30 hours per week. The role involves performing various customer service and operational duties within a bank branch, ensuring adherence to security and compliance procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED required
Computer skills required

Nice To Haves

Cash handling experience preferred
Knowledge of Microsoft products a plus
Customer service experience is a plus
Fluency in a second language is a plus

Responsibilities

Perform functions necessary to provide the highest levels of customer service and responsiveness.
Ensure excellence in customer service and maintain service standards.
Act as a resource to identify and resolve customer servicing issues.
Respond to customer requests, problems, and complaints, ensuring proper hand-off if necessary.
Develop and maintain knowledge of bank products and services.
Recognize opportunities to suggest and cross-sell other bank services.
Process a variety of transactions including deposits, withdrawals, payments, cash, checks, and credit card advances.
Participate in individual, team, and bank goals.
Adhere to internal controls/policies regarding audit, dual control, security, regulatory compliance, cash limits, and robbery procedures.
Ensure BSA procedures are followed.
Answer phone and in-person account inquiries.
Account for all money in individual cash drawer and balance transactions daily.
Ensure the prevention of fraudulent activities through adherence to bank policies and procedures.
Adhere to branch security procedures.
Work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner.
