Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in customer service and cash handling.
- Strong verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively within small teams.
- Fluent in English; bilingual a plus
- Access to reliable transportation
- Willingness to participate in ongoing training and development.
- Ability to lift 10–20 lbs., stand for extended periods.

- Previous banking or financial services experience.
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently process deposits, check cashing, and withdrawals, verifying cash and endorsements, and issuing receipts with meticulous attention to detail.
- Cross-sell and educate clients on the Bank’s diverse financial products and services, enhancing client relationships and fostering financial wellness.
- Handle credit card payments, issue money orders, bank checks, and accept loan payments, ensuring accuracy and security.
- Manage night deposit bags, admit clients to safe deposit boxes, and maintain confidentiality and security at all times.
- Respond promptly to customer questions, provide account balances, and assist with general banking needs, cultivating a welcoming environment.
- Perform end-of-day balancing of transactions, verify cash totals, and reconcile Automated Teller Machines (ATMs). Maintain detailed reports and logs to ensure compliance and accurate record retention.
