As a Teller, you are the face of the bank. You will provide excellent customer service by building and maintaining customer relations. You will maintain and balance your cash drawer daily, accurately process deposits and withdrawals, cash checks, loan payments, and night depository transactions by adhering to Bank procedures and regulations, systems, and compliance policies. Key performance indicators critical to the success of this position include exceptional customer service, maintaining a balanced cash drawer and processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and adherence to all Bank policies, security protocols, and professional codes of conduct.
