The Teller II works in a TD Store location and plays a key role in delivering legendary customer experiences while processing everyday banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency while also educating customers on TD's products and services or referring them to a partner for specialized solutions. The role involves executing TD's Brand promise, performing customer transactions, responding to inquiries, and engaging in lobby leadership. Tellers also act as advocates for the customer by conducting needs-based conversations, offering solutions, and referring customers to appropriate partners. Additionally, Tellers train and mentor new Tellers, assist supervisors, and ensure compliance with operational activities and regulations. They are responsible for verifying customer identities, balancing cash drawers, ATMs, and TCDs/TCRs, adhering to safe deposit box procedures, and maintaining cash limits and security. Accountable for confidential customer information, dual control, and following security/audit measures to prevent fraud. Expected to complete all required training by due dates.
