Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (financial or retail preferred)
Cash-handling skills with strong attention to detail
Ability to build rapport and respond thoughtfully to Member needs
Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
Comfort with technology and a willingness to learn new systems

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree preferred
Bachelor's degree may substitute for experience
Bilingual a plus!

Deliver friendly, accurate service while handling financial transactions.
Build trust, answer questions, and support Members in reaching their financial goals.
