About The Position

Nevada State Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., is seeking a 40-hour Teller (Client Service Associate) to join their Service Staff team. This role involves traveling to various branches within a specified region surrounding a hub branch, with the Southern Highland branch in Las Vegas, NV serving as the hub. Branch hours are Monday through Friday.

Requirements

Some cashiering, customer service, balancing or other related experience.
Basic knowledge of math, cashiering, balancing, debits, credits, bank products and/or banking.
Solid balancing and customer service skills.
Ability to cross-sell bank products based on clients needs.
High School diploma or equivalent.
Driving is an essential function of this role and as such, employee must have a valid driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

Accurately process debit and credit transactions in compliance with established policies and procedures, while maintaining an acceptable balancing record.
Identify and address clients' needs by providing a variety of services which may include opening new accounts, issuing counter checks, performing account maintenance, issuing/activation ATM cards, performing money transfers, ordering checks, receiving loan payments, etc.
Resolve clients problems either through direct personal action or referral to alternative branch or bank resources.
Identify and maximize cross-sell banks opportunities through exploring needs.
Perform other duties as assigned.
