About The Position

MyUSA Credit Union is seeking interested candidates for a Part-Time Teller position at our Vandalia branch. MyUSA Tellers provide extraordinary member service both in person and over the phone, following the standards set by the Credit Union that best serve our members financial needs. Flexibility may be required to occasionally accommodate staffing needs at alternate branch locations.

Requirements

• Effective communication skills (oral and written)
• Strong organizational skills to provide a high level of accuracy on all transactions
• Possess team “attitude” and professionalism at all times
• Strong computer skills and ability to operate standard office equipment as needed to perform the role such as computer, calculator, copier
• Minimum High School Graduate

• Previous sales and cash handling experience preferred
• Cash handling: Experience preferred
• Banking: Experience preferred
• Customer service: Experience preferred

• Accurately process member transactions
• Successfully refer products and services to new and existing members through anticipating our members’ financial needs
