Supervises and coordinates activities of tellers engaged in receiving and paying out money and keeping records of transactions in credit union by performing the following duties. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsible for interviewing, hiring, and training associates; planning, assigning, and directing work; managing performance; rewarding and coaching associates; addressing complaints and resolving problems. The Teller Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision and operational efficiency of the teller line, ensuring excellent member service and adherence to credit union policies and procedures. This role involves overseeing a team of tellers, providing training, support, and guidance to ensure accurate and efficient transaction processing while maintaining a secure and compliant branch environment. The Teller Supervisor plays a critical role in the branch’s day-to-day operations, focusing on teller activities and ensuring a positive member experience.
