This entry-level supervisory role ensures smooth teller line operations, exceptional member service, and achievement of branch goals through referrals and cross-selling. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (required)
  • Some college in business or related field plus 1 year of management experience required; or 3 years of financial institution experience with 2 years in management required
  • Strong knowledge of credit union operations and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
  • Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm and maintain 95% accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to travel to attend in-person meetings at the Main location
  • Ability to sit and use a computer for extended periods.
  • Ability to move throughout the branch and lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to drive a credit union vehicle.
  • To be hired for this position the candidate must pass a drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

  • Supervise teller line operations and staff performance
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and regulatory standards
  • Conduct performance reviews and recommend salary adjustments
  • Maintain interior and exterior Credit Union assets, equipment, supplies, facilities and grounds
  • Communicate regularly with staff and leadership on goals and performance
  • Support community outreach and marketing efforts
  • Monitor and report on branch transactions, corrections, and audits
  • Collaborate with Risk Management and Internal Audit
  • Assist with operational reporting and documentation
  • Perform other duties as assigned (please note this role may sometimes work more than 40 hours a week.
